Board Meetings
We've gone GREEN!!
Board meetings are now being held on-line via Skype. Since our BOD Members live in Arcadia, Pt. Charlotte, Cape Coral and San Carlos Park, we are eliminating all that wasteful driving.
Board meetings are typically once a month on the second Monday. Due to various rehearsals and sectionals, the board may schedule meetings based on times available to the current board members. Upcoming dates and times are posted below.
Board meetings may be attended by anyone. Discussions are open but you must be a board member to vote. To join a BOD meeting on Skype contact us by email at swflgaychorus@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to scheduled meeting for instructions.
Meeting schedule of the Spring season;
Monday, January 10th 8:00pm on Skype.
Monday, February 14th 8:00pm on Skype - rescheduled to Monday, February 21st due to Holiday.
Monday, March 14th 8:00pm on Skype.
Monday, April 11th 8:00pm @ SJAMCC (final meeting of the Spring season.)
